CEF.- Santo Domingo, entidad educativa de la Fundación Hergar, ofrece un total de tres Cursos Gratuitos en modalidad online que persiguen dotar de conocimiento y herramientas en el ámbito de la empresa en aspectos tan innovadores con el tratamiento de datos o la inteligencia emocional y su aplicación sobre las políticas de recursos humanos.

Se trata del Curso de Introducción al Big Data para Pymes, el Curso Práctico de Excel y el Curso sobre cómo Atraer y Fidelizar Talento con Inteligencia Emocional. La impartición de todas estas formaciones comienza el 24 de mayo.

El primero de ellos, Curso de Introducción al Big Data para Pymes propone al interesado adquirir una visión global acerca del ecosistema del big data, conocer los perfiles profesionales que han surgido del big data y reconocer el impacto que el mundo cloud y la inteligencia artificial pueden tener en el ámbito organizacional.

Por lo que concierne al Curso Práctico de Excel, se trata de convertir la hoja de cálculo en el mejor colaborador de la actividad diaria para resolver las tareas habituales de forma sencilla, adecuada y optimizada, elaborando informes de gran valor y aprovechando todas las opciones al alcance.

Por último, el Curso sobre cómo Atraer y Fidelizar Talento con Inteligencia Emocional tiene como misión que el estudiante adquiera una visión global acerca de cómo las emociones derivan en conductas profesionales; saber reconocer el impacto que las emociones tienen sobre el rendimiento de los trabajadores, para así poder elaborar planes de acción según la estrategia de la empresa; conseguir incorporar de manera productiva aspectos emocionales en la gestión del talento, y ser capaz de utilizar los conocimientos sobre los trabajadores para fidelizar el talento.
