La Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA) acogió este martes la ‘Jornada sobre Responsabilidad Profesional’, un proyecto de investigación concedido por la Fundación Hergar bajo el título ‘Derecho y Sociedad: La responsabilidad de los profesionales desde una perspectiva jurídica y social’, que concitó el interés de más de 180 personas, que siguieron su desarrollo tanto desde el salón de actos del Campus universitario como en línea.

Organizado por la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas de la UDIMA, la jornada abordó una parte relevante de las problemáticas que plantean las responsabilidades en las que pueden incurrir los profesionales. Este análisis se abordó desde distintas perspectivas jurídicas (civil, mercantil, laboral, penal o tributario) y se entró a valorar las cuestiones prácticas más relevantes de la responsabilidad que lleva aparejada el ejercicio de las distintas profesiones.
